Dear Friend,
We, Congregation Adat Israel and our Outreach Center- Chabad of West Orange County, have been providing full services to the Huntington Beach and the West Orange County Jewish Community for the past 30 years. As a result of our dedicated work on behalf of the entire Jewish Community, we have become the center of Judaism in West Orange County. You may have had the occasion to participate in our services, educational programs, or social events, that we offer. We are sure that you are proud of the beautiful Chabad Center and Sanctuary that we have built.
Our underfunded Outreach Center is supported by a small group of dedicated donors. They are providing the support for the Chabad Hebrew School, The Jewish Learning Institute, and all our Social Programs (kindly see below). These caring individuals, like yourself, have unselfishly recognized the urgent need to reach out to the unaffiliated.
To help maintain and expand our underfunded Outreach activities, we have launched a Chai For Life, Monthly Giving Program (MGP). We believe that a monthly giving program is more affordable to most, while providing us with the monthly cash flow. All the proceeds from this program will be used exclusively to fund our Chabad Outreach Activities. Our new program is designed to support monthly donations of Chai, $18, or multiples of Chai, as one chooses.
By the end of the year we hope to reach 180 (10 x 18) shareholders. Though this may seem quite aggressive, I am confident that if each of us will pledge a small share, we will surely reach our goal. As we continue this effort, each of our shareholders will be receiving periodic emails with updates on the Outreach activities and on the status of the program.
I urge each of you to please take a share of our Chai For Life Monthly Giving Program. Please, kindly take a moment and carefully review the donation form. You can perform a great Mitzva by making a commitment at your first opportunity. In the merit of your effort in supporting the Jewish Community, G‑d will surely bless you and your family with good health, prosperity and much happiness.
